Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales trends effectively. Conduct regular client meetings to present new products and services, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and boost brand awareness. Participate in team meetings to share insights, report sales performance, and strategize improvements. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; B.Com qualifications preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in CRM software, including Mirecal Software. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales roles, with at least 1 year as an Account Executive. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
