You won't manage client relationships or take client calls. You'll own the strategy, run the campaigns, and obsess over what the data is telling you. Client-facing teams handle everything else. Your job is pure performance. 📈
What we're looking for:✅ Proven Meta Ads and Google Ads experience for performance-driven brands✅ Google Ads proficiency is required, not a plus✅ You see something broken and start pulling apart the data without being told✅ Clear English with a neutral accent (video required as part of application)✅ You care about performance personally, not because a manager is watching✅ A track record where you owned the result, not just the task
