Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business with carriers, VoIP providers, and telecom operators worldwide.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and payment terms.
• Grow traffic while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Monitor traffic quality (ASR, ACD, PDD, etc.).
• Coordinate with our NOC and routing teams to resolve quality and routing issues.
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly revenue and gross profit targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale voice telecommunications.
• An existing network of telecom carrier contacts is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of international voice routing and carrier operations.
• Experience negotiating commercial telecom agreements.
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an asset).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
