Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join one of our client's growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clients receive outstanding support while identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.

What You'll BringMinimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager.Previous experience in Account Management, Client Success, BPO, staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.English proficiency at B2–C1 level.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.Experience managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.Comfortable leading client meetings, asking strategic questions, and presenting information professionally.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
What You'll DoManage the day-to-day relationship with assigned client accounts.Maintain consistent communication and follow up on requests, pending items, and account needs.Participate in discovery, onboarding, implementation, and follow-up meetings with new and existing clients.Coordinate onboarding activities, including timelines, internal requirements, expectations, and consultant start dates.Develop a deep understanding of each client's operations, staffing needs, priorities, and opportunities for additional support.Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional positions, increased headcount, or expanded services.Discuss future staffing needs and business growth opportunities during regular client meetings.Coordinate internally when new roles, services, proposals, or contract updates are required.Track headcount, open positions, onboarding progress, backfills, attendance, PTO, and consultant updates.Conduct regular check-ins with both clients and consultants to ensure satisfaction and alignment.Partner with Recruiting, Human Resources, Operations, IT, Payroll, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Support candidate presentations, interviews, onboarding activities, and new hire start dates.Address consultant performance or attendance concerns and coordinate action plans with the appropriate internal teams.Identify potential account risks and communicate them proactively to leadership.Maintain accurate account records, trackers, meeting notes, and action items.Provide timely and clear updates to the Account Management leadership team.

What You'll GetCompetitive salary: $1,400–$1,500 USD per month + uncapped commission structureRegular schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PMHybrid work opportunity: 100% on-site during the initial 2-month probation period. After successful completion, employees become eligible for a hybrid schedule consisting of 2 remote workdays and 3 on-site days per week, based on performance and business needs.Permanent contract + benefits
