Junior Associate
Responsible for supporting financial operations by maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting senior accountants in ensuring smooth financial management.
Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify and resolve any discrepancies.Participation in Special Projects: Actively support organizational initiatives, including special projects such as process migrations, system implementations, and regional or team support activities, as needed.Investigate and resolve unsupported balances, documenting findings and corrective actions.Prepare journal entry calculations and supporting documentation in accordance with accounting standards.Analyze financial statements and identify variances, unusual transactions, or potential risks.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics required.1 year of experience in related areas.Full professional fluency in English (written & verbal), with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.Strong analytical skills, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing client expectations and delivering client-ready communications, conducting meetings and presentations.Experience managing project deliverables and keeping client and internal partners on task.Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and charts), and Outlook.
