Company is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain . This full-time role offers remote work flexibility and a competitive salary of $1,000 per year. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients and affiliates, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Maintain regular communication to resolve issues, provide updates, and align solutions with client goals. Business Development & Prospecting: Identify and engage new advertisers and partners via LinkedIn, calls, and networking. Develop strategies to onboard clients and expand the affiliate network. Negotiate and close contracts successfully. Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate campaign performance using analytics tools. Deliver actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Report key metrics and recommend enhancements. Sales & Negotiation: Utilize strong sales skills to close deals and strengthen existing partnerships. Present tailored affiliate marketing solutions that meet client needs. Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate internally to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deadlines. Create customized strategies focused on revenue growth and performance marketing. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in English (C1 level); additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch are a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
