PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounting processes, daily accounting activities, and month-end closing procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage accounting records, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Analyze financial variances and identify impacts on the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
• Support audits and review high-volume corporate transactions.
• Administer fixed assets, employee reimbursements, and financial programs.
• Improve internal controls and support assigned projects.
