Location: Medellín, Colombia (Hybrid, two days a week in the office)Contract type: Contractor (Prestación de servicios with long-term expectation)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM EST.Salary: Up to $1000 USD a month (Based on experience)English B2+ is required.
About the role: We're looking for an accountant or accounting assistant to support the company's payroll processes, as well as data entry and the organization of financial data. This is an entry-level position.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the company's payroll process (calculation, review, and data upload).Perform data entry and updates for financial and accounting data.Keep accounting information organized and up to date in company systems.Support data reconciliation and basic accounting reports.Collaborate with the admin/finance team on general accounting tasks.
RequirementsDegree or studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Prior experience with payroll processes.Strong Excel and accounting software skills.Attention to detail and organization.English B2+
