Job Description
• Record and reconcile daily accounting transactions with accuracy and complete supporting documents.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including journals, accruals, and account analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, closing, including management review and audit analysis.
• Coordinate team on payment processing, invoice verification, and follow-up documentation.
• Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements by preparing records, reports, and explanations.
• Monthly Inventory Balance Check with Factory Balance
• Prepare payment vouchers and receipts
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing
• Prepare financial reports and schedules
• Review of invoices and accounting documents for completeness
• Support audit and tax processes
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and proper documentation

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar finance role.
• Proficient in MS Excel: experience with accounting SAP software is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
