This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting principles. Conduct tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Perform financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for financial improvement. Resolve discrepancies through thorough investigations and implement appropriate solutions. Assist in budgeting processes and prepare budget reports for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and improve reporting accuracy. Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related fields. Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel). Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and tax regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred.
