Accountant with Conversational English for ERP Implementation in Managua

At Seven Suite , we are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced accounting professional with advanced English skills to implement our ERP solutions for clients. About Us We develop specialized ERP management software tailored for the hotel industry, streamlining daily operations of hotels, inns, and tourist accommodations—from operational management to accounting administration. Role & Responsibilities Implement our ERP system for new clients. Analyze and understand clients' internal processes to customize the ERP configuration. Train users and provide functional support during the implementation phase. Ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient ERP rollout experience. Qualifications Solid accounting knowledge (mandatory). Intermediate or higher English proficiency for technical and functional communication (mandatory). Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry (preferred but not required). Strong technological aptitude and familiarity with management systems. Additional Information Location: Managua, Managua Department, Nicaragua (Candidates must be located in Nicaragua). Work Type: Full-time position. Work Mode: Remote work with occasional client visits. Salary: $1000 USD per month.
