The Accounting & Operations Specialist works across finance, administration, and daily operations to help financial processes and operational workflows run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Accounting and finance: Create and issue client invoices; track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances; prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and payment documentation.
• Maintain and update accounting databases and financial records. Assist with bank transfers, monthly reconciliations, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and annual closing processes.
• Maintain accurate records related to company and management accounts.
• Operations: Coordinate and follow up on client orders with internal teams, kitchens, suppliers, and operational partners.
• Monitor orders from confirmation through delivery and manage order details, purchase orders, supplier documentation, and operational administration.
• Follow up on last-minute changes, requests, and operational requirements. Help ensure accurate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify operational issues and help find practical solutions quickly.
• International team collaboration: Work closely with teams across different locations and communicate with international colleagues.
