Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst will collaborate closely with the client, receiving daily directives andassignments via email. Their responsibilities include assisting the client in generating reports,managing the removal of outdated invoices and documents, and posting bills sent by the clientover email every day as per the client's specified guidelines. This role demands meticulousattention to detail and a commitment to streamlining processes to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness, contributing significantly to the overall success of our accounting operations.
Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to:• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.• Adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.• Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.• Posting bills sent by the vendor over email every day and ensuring accuracy in records.• Attend all the scheduled meetings with the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldB2 High English LevelAt least 1 year of experience in Accounting rolesProficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooksStrong organizational and analytical skills
