Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, data entry, and financial reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and managing all communications professionally. Maintain precise documentation for all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Oversee inventory management by tracking office supplies and placing timely orders to support uninterrupted operations. Prepare and process financial documents such as invoices, reports, and statements, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Assist with office operations including scheduling meetings, coordinating phone systems, and managing the reception area to optimize workflow. Utilize SAP and other accounting software to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Completion of Grade XI education with at least four years of relevant experience in accounting or a related administrative role. Strong supervisory abilities with experience managing office operations and supporting team coordination. Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with other accounting software tools. Excellent record-keeping skills and experience in document preparation and inventory control. Outstanding time management, decision-making, and communication skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Preferred: Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills. Additional certifications or training in accounting or office administration. Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
