💼 Accounting Clerk Jr — Remote Position with a U.S. Company

🎯 What will you do in this role?-Process and review vendor invoices (accounts payable)-Assist with accounts receivable and follow up on customer payments-Perform bank and vendor reconciliations-Maintain up-to-date financial records and reports-Enter data into accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding invoices and payments
✅ Requirements:- Advanced English proficiency (B2+)- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, AP/AR, or collections- High school diploma (a technical degree in accounting is a plus)-Intermediate Excel skills-Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar software (preferred, but not required)
