Accounting Specialist - LATAM

About the role

As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (Latin America) at Cloudbeds, you will help Latin American hotel customers use Cloudbeds' financial and accounting capabilities. You will work with clients and their accounting teams to configure accounting, including chart of accounts mapping, tax setup, ERP integrations, and country-specific e-invoicing compliance.

This customer-facing role combines hospitality accounting expertise, technical curiosity, and a passion for helping people succeed. The Onboarding & Accounting Integration Team works across hospitality expertise and technical execution, collaborating with Engineering, Support, and Sales to help customers connect their financial backbone to Cloudbeds.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through end-to-end accounting configuration.
• Help ensure each property is set up correctly and running smoothly from day one.
• Support chart of accounts mapping, tax setup, ERP integrations, and country-specific e-invoicing compliance.

• Comfort with a customer-facing role; this position is not the right fit for someone who prefers not to engage directly with customers.
