Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

Alfa Laval is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support regional payment operations across Colombia, Panama, and Mexico. The role supports payment cycles, account reconciliations, supplier support, financial reporting, and banking activities. You will work with the Accounting and Treasury teams, suppliers, and banking institutions to maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and support month-end closing and audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional payment cycles by preparing payment proposals in the ERP and uploading them to banking platforms for final approval.
• Monitor daily automatic payment transactions and ensure their successful and timely completion.
