Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related fieldIntermediate Excel skillsProficiency in an administrative system: Oracle or SAP1 year o more of experience bank account reconciliations, invoices, vendor support, AP processesIntermediate to advanced English (verbal, reading, and writing) is a must

Activities
Recorded and validated invoices from assigned countries to ensure correct and timely payments.Made payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.Received, reviewed, and validated purchase orders and receipts to compare them with supplier invoices.Review service/product authorizations according to the company.Make daily transfers from the Accounts Payable module to the General Ledger module to analyze accounts payable.Review and control supplier payments.
