Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

The Accounts Payable Analyst at Lean Solutions Group processes payments to providers in the USA and Canada. The role includes reviewing and entering invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and assisting with accounts payable administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify provider details, invoice numbers, dates, and amounts.
• Coordinate corrections to missing or inaccurate invoice information with internal teams or providers.
• Enter approved and verified invoices into the accounting/payables system.
• Process payments to providers in the USA and Canada accurately and on time.
• Track and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and accounts payable reporting.
• Maintain organized invoice and payment documentation.
• Respond to vendor and internal department inquiries about invoice or payment status.
• Support the finance or accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• B2 high English level.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or accounting support.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple teams.
