Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

MySavant.ai is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the end-to-end accounts payable process and support accurate, timely, and compliant vendor payments. The role involves processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and working with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and validate vendor invoices according to company policies and approval workflows.
• Process payments accurately and on time based on agreed terms and schedules.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice or approval issues.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
• Support accounts payable activities during month-end close.
• Assist with audits and internal reviews by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Follow established controls, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• English level: B2.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, billing, or collections.
• Experience with NetSuit is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
