Accounts Payable Specialist

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced English (minimum 80% proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking).
2 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
Experience processing high volumes of invoices and vendor payments.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics 365, Oracle, BPCS preferred).
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Create and maintain vendor records.
Validate and bank information.
Manage payment terms and vendor master data updates.

INVOICE PROCESSING
Review and process PO and Non-PO invoices.
Perform invoice matching with purchase orders and receiving documents.
Identify coding and record discrepancies.
Maintain supporting documentation.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
Prepare payment proposals.
Process ACH, Wire, EFT, and check payments.
Validate payment factors.
Ensure compliance with approval workflows and internal controls.

RECONCILIATIONS & REPORTING
Investigate and track discrepancies.
Provide accurate vendor and payment reports.
Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies.
Ensure timely internal and external audits.
