Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst with a strong accounting background and excellent analytical skills? If you enjoy working with billing, reconciliations, customer accounts, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
✨ What You'll Do💰 Accounts Receivable & BillingProcess high-volume customer billing (50–75 invoices daily)Prepare accurate invoices while ensuring compliance with contract termsPerform account reconciliations and customer account adjustmentsSupport month-end closing activities and journal entries📊 Financial AnalysisGenerate billing and Accounts Receivable reportsAnalyze customer account balances and identify discrepanciesMaintain billing accuracy and data integrity🤝 CollaborationPartner with Accounting, Finance, and other internal departmentsResolve billing inquiries and customer account issuesParticipate in billing improvement initiatives and special projects📈 ReportingPrepare analytical reports using Microsoft ExcelMonitor billing performance and account statusMaintain documentation following company policies
🎯 What We're Looking For✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)✅ 2–5 years of experience in:Accounts ReceivableBillingAccountingFinance Operations✅ Experience supporting a large U.S.-based company✅ Experience processing high-volume manual billing✅ Strong understanding of:Accounts ReceivableJournal EntriesAccount ReconciliationsMonth-End CloseFinancial Reporting✅ Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills✅ Experience using:Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
