Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

Selected candidates will support the Accounts Receivable and Collections function by ensuring the timely collection of outstanding receivables, maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving payment issues, and contributing to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will work on

Key Responsabilities:
Manage
day-to-day collections activities, following up on outstanding Accounts
Receivable balances to ensure timely payment.
Upload
invoices and support documentation to customer portals (e.g., Ariba,
Coupa) to facilitate payment processing.
Communicate
with customers via email and phone to resolve payment inquiries,
discrepancies, and outstanding balances.
Investigate
and resolve billing and payment issues in collaboration with internal
stakeholders.
Monitor
aging reports and prioritize collection efforts to minimize overdue
receivables.
Document
existing collections processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs).
Identify
opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of collection
activities and customer communications.

What you will bring

Qualifications:
Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Fluent
in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Experience
in Accounts Receivable and Collections.
Experience
working with customer invoicing portals such as Ariba and Coupa is
preferred.
Strong
customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability
to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Strong
attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience
documenting processes and participating in continuous improvement
initiatives is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
with excellent attention to detail.
