Accounts ReceivablePayable Analyst

Position SummaryThe AP/AR Analyst is responsible for supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, collections, and account reconciliations. This role works closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and review vendor and customer invoices.Prepare and record payments and apply customer receipts.Monitor outstanding AP and AR balances and follow up as needed.Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate vendor, customer, and financial records.Respond to payment, billing, and account inquiries.Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting activities.Support audits and maintain appropriate documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Previous AP, AR, or general accounting experience preferred.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems preferred.Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
