About the role
Remote Raven is looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented AccuLynx Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of its AccuLynx CRM platform. This hands-on, high-accountability role covers system setup, user management, contract configuration, workflow automation, location management, and ongoing organizational support.
The right candidate is deeply proficient in AccuLynx and understands how to build and maintain the platform at a structural level. The role also calls for strength with AI tools and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary AccuLynx system administrator, handling backend configuration, setup, and ongoing platform management.
- Set up and configure users, roles, permissions, and access levels across the organization.
- Build and maintain AccuLynx workflows and automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Configure and manage contract templates, document setups, and SmarterDocs integrations.
- Manage location setup and configuration across company offices and branches within AccuLynx.
- Maintain a clean, organized AccuLynx environment with logical structures that support the business as it scales.
- Provide internal AccuLynx support by triaging user issues, resolving configuration problems, and escalating issues to the vendor when needed.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in AccuLynx, including administration and structural platform management.
- Strong skills with AI tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy.
