Our company is in expansion mode, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. Located in the heart of Petaling Jaya along the Federal Highway, our office is conveniently situated near the Asia Jaya LRT Station. We offer a competitive salary range of RM 1,900 – RM 2,800 per month, along with excellent growth prospects and learning opportunities in a well-established company with over 20 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage procurement and contracts, ensuring cost-effective purchasing. Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness. Implement and improve administrative processes and procedures to optimize efficiency. Assist in handling payables and bills payments, as well as receivables and debtors. Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. What We're Looking For Required: Education Level: SPM and higher. Proficiency in English and Bahasa. Ability to use Google Drive and Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel. Strong coordination and communication skills. A desire to learn and grow within the company. Preferred: Previous experience in an administrative role. Familiarity with procurement processes.
