Administration and Financial Manager

Are you a strategic financial leader who thrives at the intersection of financial control, process transformation, and global system implementations?At BARBUSS, we are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Administration and Financial Manager to lead our global financial operations, drive administrative modernization, and ensure absolute reporting integrity across our four business lines and international regions. 🌍
🎯 The MissionYour role will have a dual focus: an initial transformation mandate followed by ongoing, permanent global controllership.
Responsibilities 📊- Process Redesign: Map, standardize, and optimize core administrative workflows across all business lines.- ERP Implementation: Co-lead the end-to-end selection, configuration, and go-live of our new corporate- Unified Data Model- Automation & Change Management: guide remote regional teams through system adoption.- Closing & Consolidation: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, managing intercompany eliminations and FX conversions.- Reporting & Compliance: Produce consolidated financial statements under IFRS and oversee regulatory reporting in each jurisdiction.- Internal Control & Risk: Maintain and monitor a robust internal control framework (COSO), overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and claims/recoveries flows.- Treasury Support: Assist with regulatory capital control, solvency monitoring, cash flow management, and intercompany funding.- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing controllership team distributed regionally.
👤 Profile Required-Education: degree in Finance/Accounting. 🎓-Experience: 10–15+ years in corporate finance/controllership. Experience in (re)insurance, financial services, or a background in a Big 4 firm is highly preferred. 💼-ERP Transformation: Proven track record co-leading end-to-end ERP implementations in complex, multi-entity environments. 💻-Technical Skills: Deep expertise in IFRS, multi-currency consolidation, and automated reporting.-Languages: 100% bilingual (essential for working with our global team). 🗣️-Key Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong remote leadership, change management skills, and the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
