Exodus Packages is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in Markham, Ontario. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support smooth daily operations and enhance communication across departments in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock availability and organization. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; manage calendars efficiently. Prepare and process documentation including correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming calls and emails, delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders. Support team members with administrative tasks to foster a collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Participate in special projects as assigned, contributing to team goals and objectives. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Experience in administrative roles or similar positions preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with office management procedures is an asset. This position is key to fostering a collaborative team environment where communication and efficiency are prioritized. You will report directly to the Office Manager and play an integral role in supporting our organizational success.
