Key Responsibilities Handle daily administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling calendars. Maintain accurate data entry and organized records for efficient information retrieval. Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports following company standards. Coordinate meeting logistics including scheduling, room reservations, and materials preparation. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with team members on projects and actively participate in meetings and discussions. Support office procedure improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in administrative support or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Experience with data entry and office software; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred. Work closely with the Office Manager and various departments to ensure administrative functions align with company goals.
