Key Responsibilities Handle daily administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars. Assist with data entry and maintain organized records for quick information retrieval. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports following company standards. Coordinate meeting logistics including scheduling, room bookings, and preparation of materials. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with team members on projects and actively participate in meetings and discussions. Support office procedure implementation to enhance overall office efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in administrative support or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities. Proficient time management and customer service abilities. Experience with data entry and office software; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred. Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment reporting directly to the Office Manager. Collaborate across departments to align administrative functions with strategic goals. This part-time position is based in Meridian, Idaho, and is not remote eligible.
