Key Responsibilities Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for team members to optimize time management. Respond to emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel efficiently. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations to support internal and external communications. Coordinate office supplies and inventory to ensure availability for team activities. Assist in organizing meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation. Perform data entry and database management to facilitate accurate record-keeping and reporting. Collaborate closely with team members to support various projects and enhance productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
