Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries effectively. Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments to ensure efficient office management. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access and record keeping. Coordinate scheduling of appointments and meetings to optimize team productivity. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy. Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders to prevent shortages. Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve overall customer service. In this role, you will also engage in special projects aimed at optimizing workflows and service delivery. Your ability to communicate effectively and organize tasks will contribute significantly to team cohesion and operational success. Performance will be evaluated based on office efficiency, customer feedback, and team productivity improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education is advantageous. Demonstrated experience in administrative roles or call center environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with call center software tools. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
