Key Responsibilities Deliver documentation, safety equipment, and supplies promptly as directed by the purchasing manager. Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed on time and in accordance with schedules. Collect necessary materials and supplies from vendors and internal departments efficiently. Support logistical planning and coordination to optimize daily operations. Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition, performing routine checks and reporting issues. Operate both manual (standard) and automatic transmission vehicles safely and confidently. Communicate effectively with team members to report progress and challenges. Adhere to company safety policies and local traffic regulations at all times. What We're Looking For Required: Previous experience as an administrative driver or in a similar logistics role within construction or purchasing. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles. Strong knowledge of Ciudad General Escobedo and the metropolitan area routes. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and reliability. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and handle occasional overtime. Preferred: Experience supporting procurement or purchasing departments. Basic knowledge of logistics software or inventory management systems. Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
