About the role

Keiser University El Salvador is seeking an Admissions Counselor to manage the graduate admissions pipeline in El Salvador alongside the existing Graduate Admissions Counselor. The role covers Diplomados, CML, the MBA, and the Language Institute, serving individual candidates and corporate cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and counsel candidates through inquiry, appointment, interview, application, and enrollment.
• Contact every new inquiry within the admissions SLA and log each interaction in CRM on the day it occurs.
• Guide candidates through the Bursar's Office financial analysis and interest-free payment plans.
• Open and manage named corporate accounts in El Salvador, and develop closed corporate cohorts for the MBA, Standard Diplomado, and the Executive CML.
• Support the Director of Admissions in negotiating corporate cohort agreements and represent Keiser at corporate and professional-association events.
• Build the pipeline for the Executive MBA, the VIP Diplomado, and the Executive Diplomado. Screen candidates for seniority at interview when required by the VIP and Executive tiers.
• Discuss prices verbally only after qualification, following the no-published-price policy. Do not quote the Standard Diplomado tier without the Director of Admissions' authorization.
• Submit weekly Barometer inputs and daily CRM activity, and identify and refer candidates for Language Institute English programs.
• Meet the assigned share of the graduate starts goal and the funnel benchmarks: 35 percent from inquiry to appointment, 55 percent from appointment to interview, and 45 percent from interview to enrollment.
• Keep CRM data complete and current, make first contact within the admissions SLA, and maintain a named corporate account list for monthly review with the Director of Admissions.
