Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries and promptly follow up with prospective students.
• Schedule and conduct admissions interviews, providing clear and detailed explanations of the CDL program.
• Present the program’s benefits and explain what sets it apart from competitors.
• Qualify applicants in line with state, federal, and institutional policies.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support candidates throughout the admissions process.
• Maintain accurate records and track performance metrics.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer navigation and typing proficiency.
• 6–12 months of proven sales experience.
• Background in call center or contact center operations preferred.
• Motivation, a target-driven approach, and comfort working under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to contribute to team success.
