Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) SME/ Trainer Location: Mexico ,Brazil 100% RemoteJob Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities• Hands-on Coaching: Lead side-by-side, real-time sessions focused on practical AEM component development and publishing tasks.• Guided Curriculum: Design and deliver progressive, task-based training modules that address specific AEM environment challenges and standard development patterns.• Best Practices Mentorship: Explain the technical "why" behind AEM architecture decisions, component constraints, and publishing workflows throughout the development process.• Workflow Integration: Assist the team in navigating the AEM CMS environment, providing immediate feedback during code review and page-level assembly.• Issue Troubleshooting: Provide real-time guidance on resolving common AEM authoring, configuration, or publishing blockers as they arise during live development sessions.• Skill Acceleration: Identify knowledge gaps within the team and adapt training focus areas to ensure rapid proficiency in standard AEM development practices.Required Experience and Skills• Deep AEM Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience as an AEM Developer or Architect, with a strong grasp of AEM Sites, components, templates, and content publishing workflows.• Training & Mentorship: Proven track record in training, coaching, or mentoring technical teams. Ability to simplify complex CMS concepts for experienced developers new to the AEM platform.• Collaborative Approach: Ability to work in a "pair programming" or "over-the-shoulder" coaching style, providing constructive feedback and hands-on guidance.• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical rationales clearly during live interaction.• Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills; ability to troubleshoot AEM platform issues and guide the team toward scalable, best-practice solutions.Preferred Experience• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.• Background in delivering training for enterprise-level CMS migrations or digital transformation initiatives.Familiarity with AEM configuration, DAM governance, and Content/Experience Fragments
