MILNERTON PRIMARY SCHOOL JOIN OUR AFTERCARE TEAM! AFTERCARE STAFF REQUIRED Milnerton Primary School is looking for enthusiastic, caring and responsible Aftercare Staff to join our team in January 2027. We are seeking individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children and who will help create a safe, happy, nurturing and positive environment for our learners after the school day. The successful candidates will: • Have a genuine love and interest in working with children. • Be responsible, reliable and trustworthy. • Assist learners with homework and daily routines. • Organise and participate in games, activities and creative play. • Be able to work effectively as part of a team. • Communicate positively and professionally with learners, parents and colleagues. Requirements • Previous experience working with children will be an advantage. • A relevant childcare, teaching or first-aid qualification will be advantageous. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Reliability and punctuality are essential. • Clear criminal record. What we are looking for If you are someone who can bring energy, kindness, patience and a positive attitude to your learners each afternoon, we would love to hear from you! Hours would be from 13:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 13:00 to 16:00 on Friday.
