Aftersales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Service and Parts Departments, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the equipment lifecycle. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team that supports our heavy equipment customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Service Supervisors and Parts Sales SpecialistsOversee service scheduling, equipment maintenance activities, and work order processesMonitor warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and quality-related issuesAnalyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer requirementsCollaborate with Sales, Parts, Service, and Administrative teams to exceed customer expectationsDrive efficiency, profitability, and customer retention across after-sales operationsPerform other related duties as assigned
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience in rental, sales or service companyStrong leadership, coaching, and customer service skillsBilingual (English and Spanish) – verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skillsHigh school diploma and/or technical school educationExperience in heavy equipment, industrial machinery, automotive, construction, agricultural equipment, or related industries is highly preferred
