Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and develop our parts and service departments, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the equipment's lifespan. This role is responsible for leading and developing the team, driving operational efficiency, maximizing customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team that supports our heavy equipment customers.
What You’ll DoSupervise, organize, mentor and coach the Service Supervisors and Parts Sales Specialists.Coordinate service scheduling, equipment maintenance, and work order processes.Monitor warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and quality-related issues.Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.Collaborate with multiple departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.Among Others.
What We’re Looking For:Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience.Excellent leadership and customer service skills.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.High school diploma and/or technical school education.
