Agent Engineer

We’re hiring for one of our clients for Agent Engineer role.

Must-Have Skills

* 2–5 years of production engineering experience
* Strong Python + Backend Development
* Hands-on experience with FastAPI & APIs
* Strong understanding of Async Programming
* Experience with Relational Databases / PostgreSQL
* Proven experience in production debugging & system ownership
* Strong problem-solving and code-reading skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Comfortable handling client-facing responsibilities

Good to Have

* Experience with LLMs, AI Agents or RAG
* Conversational AI / Voice AI / Chatbots
* WebSockets, STT, TTS, Twilio
* LLM evaluation frameworks such as DeepEval
* FinTech / Healthcare / Insurance domain exposure
* Startup or Founding Engineer experience
