Agentforce Developer

Position: Agentforce Developer
Experience: 4 YEARS
Develop and configure Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions.
Build customizations using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.
Configure Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, and Service Console.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
Required Skills: 4–7 years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs. Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and CI/CD tools. Experience working in an Agile environment.
Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI Associate / Agentforce Specialist.
