Agentic AI Engineer

This part-time Agentic AI Engineer role involves designing and implementing agentic AI systems that integrate neural networks and NLP models into software solutions. These systems can autonomously analyze data, make decisions, and interact with users or other systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build prototypes, run experiments, and iterate on models and architectures.
• Code and test AI components, perform pattern recognition and model evaluation, and document technical designs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Help ensure AI features are robust, maintainable, and aligned with product and business goals.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
• Hands-on experience with neural networks and pattern recognition, including model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, information extraction, or conversational agents.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, Java, or similar, and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
