AI Data Annotation Specialist - TT

About the role

TELUS Digital is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist English / Spanish to assist in developing AI technologies by analyzing, dissecting, and classifying a variety of conversations and content. The role contributes to improving language model performance across a wide range of applications.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and dissect content such as short blog posts, emails, brief essays, story synopses, summaries, and cover letters, following factual accuracy and style guidelines for voice and creativity.
• Fact-check and verify information to support content credibility and reliability.
• Stay up to date with client updates and amendments to internal guidelines.
• Participate in regular training progress reviews and provide input for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• B2 and above English level.
• Oral and written comprehension.
• Appropriate use of language.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• Ability to work from site.
• Excellent linguistic and grammatical skills, with the ability to adapt writing style and tone.
• Attention to detail, analysis, and active reading skills to identify trends and main ideas.
• Creativity and logical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be open to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
