Responsibilities:
Lead AI implementation projects for clientsDefine project roadmaps and organize scope, timelines, and milestones to keep every engagement on trackLead organizational change — moving skeptical or resistant teams from awareness to sustained AI adoptionDesign and facilitate enablement sessions for different audiences, from technical teams to executivesWork alongside account managers and leadership in client conversationsBuild and grow the AI delivery team as the practice expands
Requirements:Experience operating AI systems in production — you should be able to speak to the stack you used, how you handled model versioning, how you detected and resolved performance issues, and how you evaluated LLM output quality. Knowing the concepts is not enough; we need someone who has built and run these systems end-to-endConsulting or professional services backgroundAbility to lead change around technology in real organizational settingsFull professional fluency in English — client meetings, written deliverables, executive conversationsPractical experience with LLMs in production — RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector databases), prompt versioning, and integration with existing enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, databases)Machine learning experience — training, evaluating, and deploying models, with the judgment to know when a classical ML approach fits the problem better than an LLMMathematics or engineering background
