Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address diverse business challenges. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics. Perform data analysis and feature engineering to prepare datasets for effective model training. Implement algorithms and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes. Continuously monitor and improve model performance through rigorous testing and iteration. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay current with the latest AI technologies and promote their integration within company practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R. Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred certifications in machine learning or data science. Minimum 2 years of relevant AI/ML development experience. Join a collaborative environment that values innovation and creativity.
