💡 Who we're looking for
We're looking for advanced students or graduates in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telematics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields (at least 5 semesters completed), with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Software Development.
📚 What you need
6 months to 1 year of professional experience in AI/ML or Software DevelopmentStrong Python skillsExperience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)Understanding of machine learning principles and real-world applicationsExperience with data processing, ETL, and model trainingFamiliarity with version control tools (Git) and software development best practicesAdvanced English (written & spoken)Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teamsA proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset
💻 What you'll do
Define and translate business requirements into technical tasksBuild and preprocess training datasets from multiple sourcesEvaluate, select, and integrate open- and closed-source modelsDesign, train, test, and fine-tune ML modelsDeploy models to production using MLOps practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutionsDocument processes, experiments, and best practicesStay up to date with AI trends and propose new ideas and improvements
