We're looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to join an innovative initiative with one of our global clients in the Life Sciences industry.You'll help transform a traditional software development lifecycle into an AI-enabled engineering model by leveraging Claude AI as part of the daily development workflow.This is an exciting opportunity to work on an internal platform that combines Ruby development, AI-assisted engineering, Jira integrations, operational metrics, and modern software delivery practices.
What You'll DoBuild scalable backend solutions using Ruby.Leverage Claude AI throughout the software development lifecycle.Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.Integrate Jira data into reporting and planning capabilities.Build data models to improve operational visibility.Improve staffing and planning functionality.Collaborate with technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required QualificationsSenior experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails.Experience building backend applications.Experience using AI tools such as Claude during software development.Strong understanding of software architecture and SDLC.Experience working with Jira.Advanced English communication skills.
