AI & Process Automation CoordinatorSan Salvador, El Salvador | Hybrid | Full-timeWe're looking for a practical, curious person who understands AI tools and can help us make our office work smarter. The main focus of this role is to learn how our teams currently work, identify repetitive or inefficient processes, and implement simple AI and automation solutions that save time and reduce manual work.ROLE OBJECTIVEIdentify practical opportunities to use AI and automation across the office, implement them with no-code or low-code tools, and help the team adopt the new workflows successfully.WHAT YOU WILL DO· Meet with different departments to understand their daily tasks, processes, and pain points.· Identify repetitive, manual, or time-consuming work that could be simplified or automated.· Recommend practical AI or automation solutions based on impact, cost, and ease of use.· Build and implement workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.· Create useful AI assistants, prompts, templates, and automations for areas such as sales, operations, administration, HR, marketing, reporting, and customer follow-up.· Connect common business applications using native integrations, webhooks, or simple API connections when needed.· Test automations, fix issues, and make sure the process works reliably before the team starts using it.· Create simple documentation and train team members on how to use the new workflow.· Follow up on implemented automations and suggest improvements as the company grows.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR· Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar tools.· Practical experience with at least one automation platform such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate.· Ability to understand a business process and recognize where technology can save time or reduce manual work.· Comfort learning new software and experimenting with different AI tools.· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple way to non-technical team members.· Intermediate to advanced English, approximately B2 or higher.· Organized, proactive, and able to manage small automation projects from idea to implementation.EXPERIENCE LEVELJunior to Mid-Level. Formal years of experience are less important than showing that you can identify a real business problem and build a working solution. Personal projects, freelance work, internships, or a strong portfolio can all count.NICE TO HAVE· Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, spreadsheets, CRMs, or databases.· Experience automating email, reporting, lead management, task management, or administrative workflows.· Basic Python, JavaScript, SQL, or other low-code skills.· Experience creating SOPs or documenting processes.THE PERSON WHO WILL DO WELL IN THIS ROLEYou are the kind of person who sees a team copying information from one system to another and immediately wonders, 'Can we automate this?' You do not need to be a senior developer.
