About the role
Join Kreitech as an AI Red Team Staff Software Engineer. Help shape security engineering across AI, offensive application security, and software supply chain defense.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize security risks in code, services, infrastructure, and software supply chain components.
- Validate findings for exploitability, severity, and business impact.
- Collaborate with Security Research and Product teams to enhance product security.
- Create AI-SDLC patterns, secure coding guidance, and remediation insights.
- Provide clear remediation guidance and engineering-ready fixes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with application security testing methods.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering and security analysis.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice-to-have skills: Understanding of cloud-native architecture and CI/CD workflows; passion for raising the security bar through technical leadership; relevant security certifications are a plus.
