Required Skills & Experience:• Experience: 6+ years in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in production environments.• Agentic AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic workflows using LangChain, Vertex AI, ADK, Agent Engine, or AgentSpace.• MLOps & Feature Management: Deep understanding of feature stores, data validation tools (e.g., Great Expectations, TFDV), continuous monitoring, and model drift management.• Google Cloud Ecosystem: Advanced familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, specifically Vertex AI, BigQuery, and related data/AI pipelines.• Software Engineering: Strong proficiency in Python, along with solid engineering practices (CI/CD, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, API design).• Communication & Advisory: Proven ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to executive stakeholders and mentor hands-on client teams.Preferred Qualifications• Experience building multi-agent systems, tool-calling frameworks, or autonomous decision-making pipelines.• Formal certifications on Google Cloud (e.g., GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect).Prior experience in technical consulting or strategic enterprise customer-facing rolesTekshapers is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
