Support training and mentoring of junior technicians and apprentices, sharing technical knowledge. Coordinate with quality assurance and operations teams to guarantee aircraft readiness and safety. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid FAA A&P License or equivalent aircraft type endorsements. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance with a strong focus on troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of aviation regulatory standards and safety compliance. Proficiency with aircraft systems and maintenance tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
